If you happened to step outside last week and thought, “Wow, it is absolutely scorching today,” you weren’t wrong. It was officially one of the hottest days of the summer. But honestly? The heat had nothing on the energy brought by our incredible crew at our very first Ambassador Meetup & Shoot!
From the second everyone arrived, the vibes were great. We wanted our first official link-up to be less about rigid poses and more about pure, unadulterated fun, community-building, and creating memories (and content!) that will last a lifetime.
Here is a look behind the scenes at how the ultimate summer day went down.
Icebreakers
We kicked things off with a round of introductions to turn internet friends into real-life friends. Once the ice was broken, it was time to make it official. Everyone struck a pose in front of our custom Ambassador Backdrop. Let’s just say this crew knows exactly how to work a camera.
The Chaos of the Scavenger Hunt
To get the creative juices flowing, we launched a high-stakes Photo and Video Scavenger Hunt. Teams sprinted across the property, capturing the most fun, creative, and aesthetically pleasing content imaginable. The competition was fierce, the laughs were loud, and the TikTok potential? Off the charts.
Old-School Yard Games (With a Splash)
Next up: testing everyone’s coordination in the heat. We threw it back to field day classics with a Sack Race that featured some surprisingly athletic leaps (and a few graceful tumbles).
We followed that up with a Water Balloon Toss. In that weather, honestly, losing the toss and getting splashed by a bursting water balloon felt more like a reward than a defeat!

After sweating it out on the lawn, a cooldown wasn’t just a good idea—it was a survival tactic. We moved the party poolside, where the vibe immediately shifted into pure paradise. Picture this: giant, colorful floats drifting past balloons, music pumping, and non-stop laughter echoing across the water. It was the quintessential summer afternoon, spent soaking up the sun and enjoying each other’s company. As the heat finally broke, we headed down to the lake dock, wrapping up an unforgettable day by capturing stunning individual and group shots against a picture-perfect sunset.
Prizes, Pastries, and Perfect Smiles
We couldn’t let our ambassadors leave empty-handed! We wrapped up the day by announcing the winners of the scavenger hunt and yard games, handing out some well-deserved awards. We capped it all off by crushing a mountain of delicious cupcakes because, after a day that active, sugar was mandatory.
Every single person left with a massive smile, a bit of a tan, and a camera roll completely packed with memories.
